Tomorrow I am scheduled in the A.M at Abbott in Minneapolis. I was originally suppose to go in the 24th, but my surgeon got sick. I was doing much better the first time around..but now I am getting nervous about the surgery itself...you know..being put under. I just need some extra prayers for the morning... I just want to wake up after!!! Thanks everyone.... : )

Prayers for peace and a smooth, uncomplicated surgery.
The jitters are totally normal, and I really would be a little more concerned by anyone who had NO fear or nerves. It's a big deal! But once you get the hang of it, you will never regret doing this. Except maybe to regret not doing it sooner.
For me, getting stuck for the IV was the most nerve-wracking part. Once that's done - no worries! A little happy juice, and soon you'll be a loser!
