Hot yoga! (pics)
I am slowly adding more and more to my exercise route... I dance on the weekends for 4-5 hours, walk daily for an hour or more and now I am doing hot yoga 6 times a week. Hot yoga is doing yoga in a room that is 100 degrees... you sweat like crazy and it's very intense but it's SO worth it! I have been doing a lot of strength training and even though my weight is stuck at 165, I can see the skin slowly tightening up. Today I looked at my old body photos to remind myself of how far I have come and I just cried... joyfully of course. I stood in front of the mirror and took a photo to compare... it's not the best photo, but it'll do. The skin hangs, but I don't care... I am working on it really hard right now and the benefits are showing.

You look FANTASTIC! I agree with a PP...with how much you have lost the amount of sagging skin really appears minimal.
I see on FB that you are loving the hot yoga...I wonder if they have anything like that in MN?? I really need to do something to help with the skin issue because I'm really noticing it in my arms and waist.
