Wow. 4 years today

Happy surgiversary to me. I can't believe it has been 4 years already. Seems like yesterday almost. I would do it again in a heart beat. Have lost 80 lbs and not gained any of it back. I was a light weight. Hope everryone has as good as experience as I have.

4 years...not 1, not 2, not 3, not 3 and 3/4, but 4!!! THAT's perserverence and proof that the tool works when we use it correctly. Thank you for posting this. It gives us all encouragement that this journey is so worth it!!

I am down 80 lbs and feel I have probably 30+ lbs to goal, but your post has encouraged me to look further than my goal weight; to look at life changed and flying high!
