Less than 24 hours to go!

Crazy... tomorrow will be here before you know it... Can't wait to move to the other side of this whole process!  Thanks for your thoughts and prayers... I'll check back in once I'm up to it and let you know how it went!

 I made it!!

I had a very uneventful surgery.  Lasted just about 2 hrs.  I cannot even begin to say what great care I received up on Station 40 at Abbott Northwestern.  They seriously know how to care of their patients.  

I'm home now and trying to keep moving between naps... man... that gas they pump into you really does a number on you.  Definitely where most of my pain is/was coming from.  Thanks for all the kind thoughts and prayers.  30+ hours out and doing better than I expected.

I'm so excited to move into this phase of the journey!!
