WOW

I just had to share with you......I just got back from a trip to Duluth and I don't think I have ever walked this much in my life.  Never once did I have to stop and rest.....WOWZERS......  But boy, I sure am sore.  It was worth it though............We took a trip to the waterfalls and walked, walked , walked...... My poor body was glad I think to see the car at the end of that day....It was really, really cool though.  Just thought I would share with you I never would have been able to do all the stuff we did before surgery......

It is amazing to do something that was easy in our youth and yet became impossible later. Now it can be our new "normal."

Gotta love those WOW moments that you don't even realize have happened until they've passed!!

It was such a beautiful day yesterday....glad you got out to enjoy it!!  That was a super WOW!!!!

I will be walking again after my surgery next Monday....I can't wait for that pin/rod to be out of there....I haven't been able to take my nice long walks!!!
