That is awesome! I am proud of you! I am very happy that you share as much as you do! I feel the same way....I really like to share because I do belieave it helps others out there!

It is amazing how different ways of support there is out there! I think it will be an awesome idea for you to go and speck!

I do believe in sharing the good & bad....I'm an open book....

I'm looking forward to speaking, I will be a bit nervous my 1st time, but I love helping others and explaining my journey.....

Thanks Kelly, I really needed that. I am also 3 years out and find myself snacking and grazing. I am working on dealing withsome depression and boy do I want to do emotional eating. Not wanting to eat the way I should. The scale will be moved in front of the fridge. I also need to start back to exercise. I also went down to 138 lbs and am now at 150ls. I wass beating myself up for gaining weight even though my friends and family I looked healtier. Time to get back to the basics. Thanks for your insight

I like the scale idea, it's just a helpful reminder when I'm not thinking....

I get the depression thing..... I still have my days.......

Exercise I have learned is KEY......Even if it's just a walk or bike ride once a day.....Plus it helps me unwind.....Or sort something out in my head, and before I know it I already walked a mile or 2......
