Yes, get your head in the game it right! I was nervous too, it's very common. But big changes are ahead. Good ones! I am 4 1/2 months out and I thank god everyday that I was able to do this. I feel great most of the time, so much better than before.
Just remember that this is a tool and if you use it properly it works beautifully. You just have to do what you are supposed to.
Plan ahead, have what you need at home for after surgery before you leave for the hospital. You will be glad you did. The very best of luck to you, you'll do well.
