share your WOW moments
My two WOW's this week are more personal rather than compliments! I officially have lost 100 pounds at 6 1/2 months out. Feels GREAT!!!
The second one is that this old lady with LOTS of extra skin, is doing a Biggest Loser Challenge with at my gym. Last night we did Salsa dancing!! Yep I was in there with the rest of the group!! If you would have told me a year ago I'd be doing Salsa dancing...the world would have heard me laugh!! Even though I had skin going all directions (which wasn't pretty) I enjoyed myself. At 100 pounds down I have had many many compliments lately and I think it is mostly because after Swapkins I have clothes that 'fit' me better!! I LOVE this ride!!!!! Donna

I am 4 months out as of today....I put on size 16 jeans to go out on Saturday night. When I started I was a size 24. I feel better than I think I ever have. My husband told my mother in law that he was so proud of me. I am happier and more confident and I can already see a change in my kids attitudes, they also seem so much happier. It just gets better and better! If I never loose another pound that would be okay with me because the way I feel now is amazing! Thanks for asking!
when I pulled up to my old favorite shopping spot , Fashion Bug. Before I was in one of the larger sizes they sold, as I was parking my car I noticed the sign on the window said size 6 to 28 or something like that, and now I'm in the smallest size they sell.
I was at a social event sitting next to my dad, and a really handsome man was talking to him and then said, " is this your daughter?" my dad sad " yes" and the man said " I bet you made any guy that picked her up leave a $1,000.00 deposit."
The day I realized I was sitting in a chair with my legs all crossed up like a pretzel, tucked underneath me. I was always envious when my sister in law would come over and sit like that. I was just uncomfortable sitting in a chair normally.
When I had to run across the building at work and a young coworker said " wow, you are really fast"
When I glanced in a window at the Target Center and thought it was someone else, and I thought that person looked good. But it was me hahaha.
The wow moments are nice..and it's nice to think about them and remember how it was back then. The winded trips at the mall, struggling to do normal every day things. I feel blessed and need to remember it's just a tool. If I go back to my old habits, I will go back to my old self.

About the only WOW I've had lately is trying pants on only to say "do they come any smaller"? WTF! And then being so disappointed because they don't. Seriously, it is a freakin' mind trip!!!

amazing...I'm so excited for you ! I went to american eagle to buy some panties, wore the smallest size they have. Before all I dreamt about was being able to go into that store and find ANYTHING to fit me..I wanted to just at least be the largest size to be able to shop in those stores.
