Well, I wasn't going to post before and after pics, but today at work I was walking by the marketing department and spotted this picture on our company brochure and again on a huge display used for shows....cringe..... I just had to share.

Spring 2009 - pre op, about 245 lb.

1 year out, 184 lb - down 61 lb
