Darla -you are my inspiration! You have done such a great job for yourself and also as such a great advocate of this journey. You have even motivated me to get back to support groups - what was it you said last time I saw you? something like "I made a commitment to go to support groups and I always get something out of it". Your words spoke to me and you are such a positive energy - thanks for being you.

Thanks for sharing, I love it ! Glad you feel as wonderful as you look. Life is sure grand..not perfect , but so much sweeter than when we were heavy. Sometimes I'd appreciate just one day being back being heavy just for a little reminder how miserable I really was.
