The tool still works, but slow

I'm happy to report that with hard work and cutting down on what I eat the tool is working.......I have now lost 7 pounds.....13 more to go...

My summer clothes don't fit from last year, so I'm determined to fit back into them......

For me, protein shakes have helped me lose......

Congratulations Kelly you are doing awesome!!

I am stuck again...lost 4 pounds a couple weeks ago....have cut way back on calories and still nothing. I am sooooo frustrated!!

I just completed the "Two Week Diet." you know the one, after two weeks you find out you lost fourteen days....Glad we both finally got to see the scale move!
