Ummmm, what's up with these bones in my 'bottom'?! LoL!

Ok, so as I lose weight I figure more & more things out about myself.  One thing I'm finding is I guess I can't sit on wood chairs for extended periods of time any longer.  I was over visiting a friend on Saturday night & she has wood dining room chairs.  Well, after sitting on those for hours on Saturday night I woke up on Sunday super sore on my 'bottom' (or my butt bones) & back of my upper thighs.  Who would've thought?!?!  I've been noticing these "new" bones more & more lately, but I didn't think they would cause such an issue, so much so that they're still sore today...2 days after the fact!    So, I think I need to make sure the chairs I sit on have cushions from now on cuz' I've lost the fat cushion I used to carry around on me all these years.  LoL!

Just a lil' WOW moment I had to share...kinda funny!

I'm also starting to see the collar bones more too...I missed those bones (only saw them quite a few years back when I lost a bunch of weight with WW).

I found an exercise ball helps a lot too with the crunches & no 'butt bone' pain.

The same thing happened to me!  There's only certain positions that I can sit now because I can always feel my bones.  I also notice that when I sit on my knees on the floor my butt now hits the bottoms of my feet.  Who would have ever thought I'd get so flexible!

The other thing I notice is that I'm cold ALL the time.  Much less body fat to keep me warm, I guess!

I'm cold all the time too!  I'm wondering, with summer coming, if I'll ever get the chance to actually wear shorts.  I barely get the chance to wear capri's or anything now, I'm always in jeans & long sleeve shirts cuz' I'm always cold (my hands, feet, & my nose are always frigid).  It'll be interesting to not be sweating this summer (like I have been every summer)...I'm excited!

Yeah, whodathunkit?

I've actually entertained the fleeting notion that MAYBE I should switch churches?  Ours has good old fashioned, solid oak pews.  My MOM'S church has CUSHIONED pews!  There's MUCH less shifting necessary to accomodate said butt nub on those!

Oh yeah, I never thought of that...that would hurt to sit in the wood pews.  Our church has padded, cushioned seats to sit in (which my bootie is thankful for).  Hehehe!  Can you switch off between your church & your moms periodically to give your butt nubs a break?

Good for you!

I've a long way to go with my cushioning, but I'll have to remember that!  You are doing great.

I'm down 120 pounds - thanks to RNY!  Working on the next 25.  Then I'll tackle more...

It'll sneak up on ya', the next thing you know you'll wonder why your bum is hurting when your sitting, then you feel down & notice these hard things (now called butt nubs, hehehe) where there used to be lots of cushion.

You're doing amazing too Mary; down over 100 pounds!
