OH Women Are All More Beautiful Than They Realize

OH Women:

You are ALL more beautiful than you seem to realize!! I have been on OH for two years now and I have yet to run across one woman here who is overconfident either about how she looks or what kind of person she is. That is truly amazing!! The disparity between reality and the perception that someOH women have of themselves is sometimes astonishing. This WLS journey is no easy road right after surgery or over the long-term and I regularly see women here get down on themselves for re-gaining weight or slipping up on their nutrition habits. That makes you human, but no less lovely. I just wanted to point out that, despite the setbacks that occur along the way, each of you OH women is still beautiful on the outside as well as on the inside, regardless of what the scale or tape measure says. That unexpected fact has made my own journey far better than I had hoped it could be.
