Chike Choc. protein powder

I've had quite a day today, but instead of turning to food I made a protein drink......Now this maybe to high in sugar for some of you, but it tasted awesome.......And is full of Protein, about 44 g.

Tastes just like a Recess peanut Butter cup......
Chike Choc. protein packet
1 cup ice crushed
1 cup milk
1 tsp. choc. pudding powder
2 tsp. peanut Butter

 This sounds terrific!  You extolled the virtues of Chike last week, and I've never tried it before.  Since you've posted again about Chike, it's time for me to get off-the-dime and take action.  I'm going to place an order today.
