WOW moment at 2 years out

When your further out you don't have many WOW moments.....
Well today I had a WOW moment at Cub.....I ran into a former co-worker from 7 years ago, the last time she saw me I was 230 pounds after I delivered my Son Marek.....
She said, "Kelly, OMG you look great, you have lost weight." I must have been smiling from ear to ear.....
I know I'm hard on myself for gaining 15-20 pounds back, but to hear someone that hasn't seen me in 7 years go on about how great I looked made me feel good.....It made me realize that I'm not the FAT person I see in the mirror everyday, and that I just need to give myself a break and do as good as I can.....I have lost 2 pounds since last Monday, so it is coming off, just very slow......
This actually gave me more incentive to keep plugging along......Thanks for letting me share my WOW moment......Kelly

That is a terrific feeling!! When you run into someone that has not seen you in a long time. The same exact thing happened to me with an old co-worker a couple of months ago! It really does motivate us to keep on going!!!

It was a great feeling......I'm going to just keep trying......Maybe a size 8 is where I'm supposed to be.....I don't know.....

Thank you......I am my worst critic......I was feeling good yesterday, but once again the fat person was looking at me in the mirror this morning.....I will just keep plugging along.......

You look amazing and you deserve that compliment and a million trillion more!
