Why am I a bad person?

Well you certainly aren't "A bad person"

But you need to take your WLS out of the equation and reflect on the behavior minus that.. Why are you picking up a glass of wine? Are you doing it to avoid dealing with something? To mask feelings? Bordeom?  And then also put your WLS back into it and see what role that has to play in it...  (I have a psych background and I have worked with addicts in the past... )

It's not necessarily healthy for anyone to drink a bottle of wine alone in one setting.. But I'm sure many of us have.. but I know I could not post WLS... Everyone can enjoy alcohol moderately post op if they choose to. But a few glasses every night are going to start adding up quickly as a high amount of excess empty cals in the long run... So think about the implications it will play on you nutritionally as well...

Just reflect on why you are choosing wine and picking up the glass and drinking instead of doing something else.. It could be a transfer addiction...

Seek counseling and dig into why you are picking up that glass....

*hugs*
