Breast Reduction Pics Posted to my profile!

Its been a long time since I've posted anything! I had my first round of plastics last week and promised a few fellow OH'ers that I would post some pics.
I had a breast reduction at Park Nicollet (Dr Anthony DeAngelis) on April 8th. I have posted the pics to my profile. I started at a very saggy 34 DD/E and measurements today put me at a 34B. Wow what a change. I already love them, but can't wait until their totally healed.
I am just over 2 years post-op and holding steady at about 140lbs (100lbs lost). I still love my band!

How would you say your experience was at Park Nicollet (consultation along with getting insurance approval)? Husband and I have been discussing PS the past few months. I know it'll be quite a few months before I slow down and maintain my weight loss (down from 280 to 143 so far after 11months post-rny) but I like the idea of researching & being prepared.
Started research @ 280 pounds
Surgery Date 05/27/09 @ 258 pounds
It was very easy for me 
. I was referred by my primary care phycisian to Dr. Anthony DeAngelis. I was already symptomatic (neck/back pain, numbness, tingling, indentations from my bra straps, etc...). I had my consultation with him at the end of February, submitted to insurance (i didn't have to do anything, the clinic handled it all) the following week, approved by BCBS within 2 weeks. I had my reduction (same day surgery, back to work within a week on restrictions) on April 8th and have been 100% satisfied thus far.
