Nothing against you ladies, but us guys need to bond. Change some motor oil. Cut the grass. Do guy stuff. And I know, OH has a men's board, but (a) it's such a boys club, kind of over-the-top if you ask me, and (b) I'm just curious if there are many MN WLS patients around here. Maybe hang out, talk about Catherine Zeta Jones' butt, etc.
I'm not a dude, nor do I play one on TV.
But there ARE guys on the MN board - they'll show themselves eventually.
And frankly, if I was AC/DC? Even I would admire Catherine Zeta Jones' junk. She's STUNNING!

I'm here. Proud to be Minnesotan. We need a few more people at the state fair to get WLS.
As Darla points out, we men on the MN forum do occasionally reveal ourselves. It's kind of an ebb and flow thing with me, though. I tend to be a lot busier with other aspects of my life now that I am almost two years out than I was as a newbie. Anyway, I quite agree with your assessment of the OH Men's forum and the need to discuss Catherine Z-J's finer attributes.

Yeah I am not a fan of the men's forum here on OH. I compare them to the sign on the clubhouse on the Little Rascals...."He Man woman Haters Club" I don't descrimate, so I don;t fit in.
Elk River is a nice town. Out of the hustle and bustle of the city.

Sorry I didn't reply earlier. We went up to our cabin for the weekend. The Elk River/Big Lake area is nice. We have lived here for 25 years and it has gotten to be much less rural in that time. I do work in the city, though.
I didn't feel like I fit in on the Men's forum either. My post WLS life has been going pretty well. I dropped 150 lbs and have maintained +/- 5 lbs for more than a year now. The emotional part has been a challenge, but that seems better lately, too. Howare things going for you?
