7 Year Itch!!

Thanks everyone for your well wishes!  It has been quite a ride these last 7 years.  Seems like April is my month of anniversaries.  My birthday, my surgery date and 20 years tomorrow I had my last drag off of a cigarette.  Thank god that monkey is off my back.  It's probably one of the most important things I ever did for myself - kicking the smokes to the curb.  I'm now watching my father-in-law slowly suffocate from emphysema from 40 years of smoking.  Anyone I know who still smokes needs to spend one day with that man and they would re-think the cigarettes. Sad...especially since he hasn't smoked in 20 years....but the damage was done.
