YUM Luna Lemon Zest Nutrition bar

Just thought I'd share.......I'm trying to stick to healthier snacks that have protein......I'd rather eat this than a candy bar.....

This Luna Lemon Zest bar tastes like the Lemon flavored Girl Scout cookies....

180 cal.
5g. fat
13g. sugar
9g. protein

I've been buying these Luna bars (the mini versions) for quite some time for little snacks.  They have about 80 calories & 4 grams of protein, if you're looking for a little snack on the go, that's about 1/2 the size of the normal size Luna bar (but the full size is always good too!).  They sell the 1/2 size bars in boxes of 18 (at like Target & I'm sure other places) in packs of 3 different flavors, so you get some variety.  Very yummy!!

I'm feeling better.  I'm hoping my migraine is gone for good this time.  I've been resting all day, in hopes that I've kicked this migraine.  I'll see how I feel in the morning; I'm hoping I'll be able to make it to coffee to visit with everyone!
