Just wanted to share that this is AWESOME.....OMG I love both the Banana flavor and now the Orange Creme flavor too.....
This is how I made it and it tastes just like your eating a orange ice cream bar......Soooo good......
Sample Packet of Orange Creme Chike
Yoplait yogurt orange creme
1 c. skim milk
1c. crushed ice
Blend and enjoy......380 calories and 41g. protein

EDIT- I don't dump, so for some of you this may have too many carbs/sugars.....Just thought I would share it because it tasted so good. I only count Protein and calories.....

Not sure, I don't dump so I didn't pay attention to that.....The protein packet says 3g. sugar and 11g. carbs....Then factor in the yogurt and milk......

I was only asking carb count because I have not tried any of the Chike powder yet so I was wondering what it looked like. I'm still trying to figure out if I'm in maintenance mode yet or still losing, so I'm still paying attention to carbs. I can't dump with the DS, so I wasn't looking at it from that perspective at all. I do track carbs because we tend to like to stay within a certain daily range while actively losing weight.
Thanks for the numbers...I'll calculate it out and see if it's worth the purchase. I used to love orange creamsicles so if it tastes like that...mmmm...

No problem....After I read your post, I thought, I bet there is a lot of sugar in there and I don't want to cause anyone to dump.....So that's why I edited my post....I would have felt horrible....But this is yummy, taste too good.....
