Out one year and 11 months, down 126.3lbs!
Of course had to get the .3 in there! Every bit counts!
My goal is to get to 174 (my goal) by next month.
I started this journey at 304.5lbs. I am now at 178.2lbs. It's an amazing feeling! I weight less than I did in junior high and I'm having more NSVs and WOW moments than ever!
This has been the best and most loving thing I have ever done for myself and with the help of my clinic, my friends and OH... I feel successful! The band is my lifesaver.
