I need to be more daring & try more different types of protein drinks.  All I drink everyday is:

32 oz. of water
1 full scoop of unflavored whey isolate protein powder
2x Crystal Lite packets (of your choice)

I have 2 of these a day, usually, which allows me to get in around 50 grams of protein & I'm able to mix up my flavors quite often depending on what flavors of Crystal Lite I get.  It's quick & easy; pour all together & shake & it's ready to drink, LoL!

But, I LOVE the sound of your protein shake!!!  I can't wait to hear what everyone else drinks so I can get more ideas of other kinds to try...mix things up a bit!

Num, that sounds tasty! I had a really good one last night.
1 cup skim milk
1 cup strawberries (frozen)
1 tbs splenda
1 cup ice cubes
1 scoop Vanilla protein powder (I use body fortress)
1/2 cup of plain greek yogurt (I use Fage)
I was getting really bored with just plain old vanilla and chocolate!
there but for the grace of God go I...

I am doing most of the up-front work by buying flavored whey such as" oatmeal" or my new favorite "Peach Cobbler." I add a bit of fruit or cereal, ground up calcium etc to finish the drink.

My present stock:

Strawberry Cream
Chocholate Peanut Butter
Chockolate mint
Oatmeal
Sour Apple
Peach Cobbler
Natural (for soups)
Orange Cream
Banana Scream
Fuzzy Navel

Banana Scream is on of the flavors manufactured by Champion Nutrition. It is very good, I sometimes add a banana or some chockolate. It just is a really good base fruity flavor.
