It moved
My scale moved I am so pumped....... I ate alot of soup last week, cut out the chips and all the crap and I am down almost 5 pounds.......... I am at 175 this morning and I am so excited................. It still works, and I haven't screwed this up........... YAY I am so excited....... being over 2 years out it still works................
Way to go, sweetie! Our tools are there for life - as long as we honor it, IT will honor us!
I've been in the same boat, stress eating a lot, but last week when I got on the scale Monday, I was really disappointed in myself. But it helped me re-dedicate myself to eating the RIGHT things, in reasonable quantities, and cut out the totally unnecessary snacking - and I lost 5.5!
