what is a normal eating day for you

Today has been bad for me so far DAMMMMM  I have been eating non stop and I don't know if I am trying to reward myself for the almost 5 lbs gone but at the rate I am going it will be back on in no time...... WTF......  So what do you all eat in a normal day.......

OK, admitting it is the first step huh?!

B- Protein shake
Snack- 3 prunes
L-little ham/cheese - or ham or egg salad on 6 crackers
D- Greek Yogurt w/protein powder added

I still have food issue cuz my pouch is so picky!

Oh, I love shrimp and will eat it often

My days vary, but here's an idea of what I eat in a day:

Breakfast-
Greek yogurt with granola mixed in

Lunch-
Tuna (mixed with fat free mircle whip) on a couple crackers along with a calcium source (like pudding or string cheese) 
-or-
Some, but not all of a Smart One meal or a Lean Cuisine meal (one of the ones with no pasta or rice, just meat & veggies)

Dinner-
Whatever my family is eating; essentially some of the meat, veggies, & a little fruit

And throughout the day I have 2 of my protein shakes & lots of water.

Sometimes in the afternoon/evening I'll throw in a small Luna bar or just some plain granola as a snack, depending on if it's a night where we have a late dinner (due to our girls having an activity or something).  I'm completely addicted to granola right now, and seem to want to eat it a couple times a day.  I know it's not awesome for me due to the carbs, but thankfully it's got some protein in it (4g./serv), and not a lot of sugar, so I'm enjoying it til' I get sick of it.  LoL!

6:30 amBreakfast - Kahsi bar or lean kashi cereal and 2 slices of apples
9:30am Snack- .5 ounce of beef jerky or 10 pieces of almonds
11:30 Lunch Tuna with tabasco sauce or Detour Protien Bar
3:00pm Snack .5 ounce Beef Jerky or Almonds or Apples
6:00pm Dinner Chicken, Vegetables, Chili, or anything meat for protien.
9:00pm Almonds or fruit.

I snack so my metabolism can keep going.
When I ate 3x a day i was not loosing weight but when I spread out my meals I started to loose weight again.

I've been trying to be good, so here's what I had yesterday......

B- Pumpkin pie protein shake
snack- Bananna
L- Chicken noodle soup & 10 saltine crackers
snack- 1 pouch fruit snacks
D- 1 BBQ chicken leg, 1/4 c. corn, 1/2 baked potatoe with butter & cottage cheese

Snacks...ugh...too much grazing...a nibble here a nibble there...I am so bad!! I keep sabotaging myself.....go figure???

L: sushi roll (the insides... I usually throw out the rice)
D: 1.5 cups meat and veggies

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

B-1/2 C cottage cheese and 2 pieces of ham
snack- 1/2 cup almonds
L- cup of chili, 2 crackers
snack- 3 crackers w canadian bacon and peperjack cheese
D- a meat of some sort and some fruit or egg with some cheese and meat
