Amazing....
I just had to share with people who would really understand this....
Some of you know that I am training for the Breast Cancer 3 day walk and yesterday I walked 6.2 miles in exactly 2 hours! This is a little more than a 3 mph pace... which is what the suggest for the walk... I have just started the training but I know... 3 months ago and 40 pounds heavier... I would have NEVER been able to set and hold that pace for that long! AND to top it off... this was on hilly terrain instead of the railroad bed I usually do my longer walks on!
With this kind of training along with my wonderful Lap Band tool... I am taking control of my life again! Thank heavens!
