What works for you to remember to get all of your vitamins in? What is your system?

I got 2 of those 7day things and each day I put what I need into a altoids small tin and carry it with me. This worked for me for a couple of weeks....

So, what is your system??

Hi Alayna....

I work from home so I keep mine right at my desk. I use a 7 day pill holder but lay out each days vitamins, calcium etc right in front of me. I have a set routine when things are taken. If I go somewhere I take them with in a container in my purse. I am very faithful about taking my meds....this works good for me.

Have a great day!!!

I also have a 7 day pill holder, and each day is separated into 4 compartments.  I just take them when I brush my teeth, morning and night.  works for me!

I keep two sets of everything I take - one at home, one at work.  No excuses for forgetting that way!  I only use the pill minder deal when I go out of town - seems it's hard to fit everything into those little compartments, but calcium in particular is rather bulky.  I like the Altoids tin idea, tho!

I have to keep the bottles on my kitchen counter so that it's visual. If I put them in the cupboard, I never remember to take them it seems.

For on-the-go, I use a AM/PM 7-day box I picked up at Target. I like it because all 7 can be separated so all you need to take with you is the one day.
