Wednesday, what did you eat?

I'm trying to figure out how I'm doing with calories and protein, I'm just not sure.....

B- 1 egg with diced ham, cheese, onion, peppers
Sn- Banana
L- 1/2 cup cottage cheese with pineapple
D- 1   1/4 cups Chili and 4 saltines

Sm. Turtle Mocha from Caribou
So far 48 oz. water

Hi Kelly...are you sure you are getting in enough protein???  Seems low to me...maybe I am wrong.

I don't think I am.....So today I'm going to have a protein shake for lunch and maybe dinner, see what the scale says tomorrow....

B - coffee with HWC (Heavy Whipping Cream); cheese curds (no breading, just the cheese & melted)

S  - 1 clementine orange

L - 1 KFC chicken snacker sandwich (minus the bun)

S - a gazillion Tootsie Rolls and a handful of Dots candy

D - my version of spaghetti which means homemade marinara with meat, no noodles, and tons of mozarella cheese melted on top; 1 C. 2% milk

S - McD's double cheeseburger (minus the bun)
