Disregard (I'm unable to delete)
Try to keep things in perspective. You're only 5 months post-op. Did you expect to be at goal by now? I started at about your weight...and it took me about 12-14 months to lose 150 lbs, with my original goal being 150 lbs. You're not done losing, you just may be done losing at such a breakneck speed. Keep in mind, the smaller you get, the slower the pounds come off. But they WILL come off. Time flies...take this time to get adjusted to the new you. Before you know it, you'll be in my shoes...7 years later...and will be wondering what all this fuss about fast weight loss is about.
Hang in there - you will plateau all the way down to goal!

I have alot of days like that. I always say I am gonna change but dammit it is hard....... I said to myself today Sarsha you can do this and so far so good. I am gonna go to liquids for a few days and let all the junk out of my system. I didn't go through the surgery and weight loss to screw it up. I need to believe in myself. Food is very POWERFUL and I need to get some control. Don't be so hard on your self okay............. I am sure we all have days like that. Look how far you have come. Look at a before picture of yourself you are doing FRICKEN AMAZING..........
Mel, not sure what you said but it sounds like you had a bad day, I'm sorry.
When I'm down I take out the pants I wore into surgery and put them on and it always makes me feel better.
I haven't known you but a couple of months but you have changed a bunch since I've met you. You are a beautiful woman and you just keep getting prettier.
Have a wonderful weekend.
