Activity plans for today??

What are your activity plans for today??

Kim invited me to join her at a spinning class up at Lifetime (in Lakeville) tonight so that will be my plan for activity for the day.  I haven't done a spinning class for a few years so a little nervous if I'm gonna make it outta the class alive, so everyone say a lil' prayer for me around 6:15pm tonight!    If anyone else is members & would like to join us you should meet us in Studio 1 at 6pm...if I can do it anyone can!!!

If I have enough energy after dinner with the whole family for Taylor's birthday, I may swing over to Anytime FItness (joined yesterday) to do a little cardio.  I don't want to start on weights until after my 2 free Personal Trainer session.  Knowing me I'll pull something!!

However, due to the medication for my stomach, I'm normally a zombie by 8pm!  Apparently the B1 defiency isn't helping either.  They think that's what's been causing much of my nausea and eye strain.  It never ends with me, does it!

Oh, well, I've done cardio 3 days straight, I don't think it will kill me if I miss one, will it??

Enjoy Taylor's birthday tonight & take a day off from activity if you don't have the time.  With working all day & then dinner out tonight it's gonna make for a busy evening.  Spend time celebrating Taylor's special day with her & the family & worry about the activity/exercise another day!

YAY for you...Can't wait to hear how it goes.....I think I would die....:)

This morning I walked on my treadmill for 1 hour.

I'm planning to go for a walk/jog outside once my son gets home from school, it's nice out.....I may go for a bike ride too......

Edit- I did another 30 minutes of walking on the treadmill, Total of 90 minutes for the day, and according to my treadmill burned 820 calories.

It is really nice out, isn't it?!?!  That's great that you already got in an hour on your treadmill & you plan to get in more activity later outside!!   

I'll keep you posted on if I make it through the spinning class alive or not.  hehehe!
