Safe Vegetables at 5 weeks?

It is my daughter's 9th birthday today, and Taylor wants to go to BD's Mongolian grill.  I have already researched which sauces I can eat, and which meat I will have.  I'm just curious as to what veggies are safe.

Prior to surgery I would have bean sprouts, water chestnuts, and baby corns.  Are these all safe options?  I know we're not supposed to have corn, but the baby corns are a little different, right?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Nicole

I cannot say anything about the veggies, I am only 3 weeks out.  But I wanted to post and say

YOU LOOK AWESOME!!!!

I am glad you are doing better now - keep up the great work.  I hope to meet you at one of the Saturday coffee's.

Happy Birthday to your daughter.

Take care

You and I had surgery the same day, and I am STILL NOT tolerating meat. No matter how small the bite, or how tender it is, or how slow I eat...it's not working yet. Be careful!

Dinner turned out great.  I showed them my card from the clinic, and they only charged me for the kids meal.  I had chicken, water chestnuts, a few potatoes, edamame, and some tofu.  I had three ladles of their Mongolian Ginger sauce, an it was moist and perfect.

It was my first meal out in public, and it was a success! I have the leftovers for lunch today!

Thanks for all your advice
