4months out...Stalled...

I know you won't feel bad for me cuz I've so little to lose and have done well so far, but the scale just isn't doing what it did before.  I wasn't prepared for the sudden dribble of weight loss so early.  I thought I was on a honeymoon for at least 3 more months.

I wonder, have any of you stalled out this early in the game and will it pick back up?

Stalls are completely normal and part of the journey! I suggest trying something a little different in your day to shake things up a bit!!

You will get past this! Sometimes the body just needs to adjust!

Best wishes.

I just got over a 4 week stall and I am only 3 months out from surgery.  I lost a lot right away then it just stopped.  I actually gained 5 pounds then all of a sudden it started again.  They tell me it's normal.  It's frustrating but this too shall pass.  Hang in there.

I've been in a stall myself lately.  My weight loss over the past month or so has been pretty slow, and in the few weeks has been almost non-existent.  I was losing good through month 3 & since then, for the past couple months, it's REALLY slowed down.  I'm trying to change things up with my activity (plus the weather is so nice I can't help but get outside & want to be active) to see if that will help since I wasn't super active on a regular basis during the beginning.  I hope I'm not done losing...I'm hoping I'm just in a long trickle/stall thing & that my weight loss will pick up a bit again at some point.  Or, maybe I'm just at the stage where I won't be seeing the big numbers anymore (like 5 lbs. lost in a week or more), instead maybe I'll see a pound or two (something more realistic, like if I was doing a normal weight loss plan or something).  We'll see.  Definitely know you're not alone!!
