Where do you go for your Yoga?  I used to do Yoga a few years back at my old gym & I really enjoyed it.  I need to take another yoga class (I should see if my current gym-Lifetime-has it) now that I'm a bit more in shape.

Tonight I will be doing P90X again that consists of weights for an hour then ab ripper for 20 minutes. I love the weight lifting days, I feel so strong afterwards!

I know, I feel the same way once I do some weight lifting too...I feel a little like Arnold, all pumped up!!  LoL!    I'll be doing a little weight lifting tonight at the gym too, so we'll both be all pumped up tonight.

It's not much so far, but I just went out walking in the rain/drizzle for 25 minutes around my block at work.  I work in a business park, and I assure you, they're BIG blocks!

I probably walked .75 miles or more, and if I get a chance I'd love to get on my treadmill tonight.  However, since my parents have taken over the basement as their living space, easier said than done!!

I rode my bike 5 miles from home to the train station this morning and I plan to make the return trip after work tonight.  I walk from the train station to my office and back, too, which is about a half mile each way.  I tried walking at lunch time, but only made it a few blocks to Barnes & Noble, where I read a couple of magazines that I didn't pay for, then walked back to work, a grand total of maybe a half mile.

I managed to get in 4 miles on the treadmill! It was a great work out!!

Hey Mel!! Nice Topic!

My workout is M,W,F Running on the threamill about 3.5 to 4 miles in about 36-45 minutes.  If I run outside its about 3.5 miles.  I do strenght trainining free weights and machine at the gym or the p90x which I highly recommend for those who cant always go to the gym.  5k here I come!!
