What is everyone's exercise/activity plans for the day?

I'm trying to make myself more accountable, so I figure if I post what I'm going to do each day that I plan to workout it'll make me get out & do it!! 

Today I plan to go for a hike with my hubby & oldest daughter once we all get home.  Fingers crossed it doesn't rain!  I think as a back-up we'll head into the gym, but I'm REALLY hoping we can go for a hike around Jensen Lake since me & my hubby had such a great hike around there last Friday (except for the 2 snakes I saw...ICKY!).

What are your plans for activity for today, or did you already get out & get in your activity?

Just came back from a 30 minute walk at lunch here at work.  15 minutes out, 15 minutes back. It was cool, but refreshing.  I'm lucky enough to work in an area with walking paths right out the door. Go, go, go....

Oh, walking paths right outside your work, that would be soooo nice!!!  Awesome job on getting a walk in today!

Hey Mel - was great meeting you on Saturday at coffee!

I have gotten out for my 15 minute power walk already today, and about to go on my next one!  I will do my mile walk when I get home tonight, after dinner. 

I will be 3 weeks post-op tomorrow, and I feel great!  I never thought I would ever be able to walk like I am - but here I am - doing it!!!

I am much like you, if I don't motivate myself, it would be too easy to let it slide.

Keep up the good work, and hope to see you soon.

It was great meeting you too!  You're getting in a lot of activity & being only 3 weeks out, you're doing GREAT!!

Girl you need to take a new profile pic of yourself, you're a skinnier hot mama with a shorter 'do' & you gotta showcase that!

I walked across to the MOA, ran my two errands while walking 2 complete lap of the mall.  Then I walked back to work, all in less than 1 hours. 

I definitley need to leave some running shoes here though, my feet are killing me!!

Awesome job!  Yeah, maybe you could leave some tennis shoes in your car for those times you're able to get over to the Mall of America for some 'laps'. 

You're another one that has to update your profile pic cuz' you've lost soooo much weight now you gotta show that off lady!!!

Took a 2 mile walk/train with my dog Thor.....Plus went shopping and walked around....
