Frustrated with Parents

I am suprised that they can't see any weight loss. I for sure can see a different in your picture. Good job and keep up the good work. You did this for YOU and not for them. I know that support would be good but sometimes I think parents as they get older (or maybe thats just they way they are) they can be very SELF absorbed. All about themselves and they got used there children giving them what they want and not vica versa.
They will eventually come around to saying something but maybe they need some time to soak it in themselves. Just give them time. i always don't want to do anything that I may regret to my parents but then it leaves us so bottled up inside.
Just keep doing what you are doing!!
