Very normal, and with the weather improving lately, it seems to be a common theme here.

As you're losing weight, your center of gravity is shifting to accomodate the weight loss.  That alone will cause some aches and pains.

Add to it the fact that you're probably MOVING more than you did pre-op, both to get in your exercise and simply because YOU CAN, and you have even more reasons to ache.  But don't let that stop you!

Obviously, you should check with your doctor on what you can take, but as I've shared here recently, my PNC nurse once told me Advil Liquigels are okay to take occasionally when Tylenol won't touch your pain.  The Liquigel formula dissolves much more quickly in your "pouch", therefore it doesn't sit in there and irritate the lining as much as tablets can.  Helps me with my recurring/chronic knee pain.

But yeah, these aches and pains are fairly standard at this point of the game - but it WILL get better!!!

yeppers I agree with Darla,  I had the same things happen to me.  The way your weight falls off and your body shifts, can do it to a person.  It does get better so hang in there..................I went to the Chiropractor and got adjusted alot when this all started and i also used Biofreeze it helped me............. Good luck sweetie.....................

I just saw my PCP regarding this a few weeks ago.  It is normal and it does go away.  The advice that was given to me is strengthen your thigh muschles and work on doing leg exercises because the tendons and muscles aren't strong enough for your knees to work appropriately and they are pulling everything out of whack.
