It is like winning the lottery

Hi Everyone...I just want to share this with people who understand. I had my bypass this past Aug. 7 and have lost over 120lbs.  Every so often I try on clothes that have not fit me in the past. Tonight I tried on an outfit that I purchased 8 years ago in hopes of fitting into then, but never did.  Guess what...it was too big !!!!!!  I was so overwhelmed that I sat on the floor and cried. This, is me winning the lottery !!!  I know many of you understand that overwhelming feeling...something that I wanted for so very long and never thought would happen to me is finally happening !!  Can life get any better than that :)  God is good !!!!!!   Thanks for lettng me share this with you !

It is SO unbelievable to have the relief of getting this weight off.  I know I'll really have to work hard to keep it off, but this surgery has certainly given me a tool to do that!  I'm so happy for you.

Holy cow batfink...120lbs!  Wow!  Good for you!  Thats incredible!  i had a little wow moment of my own last week when I hit 88lbs down, my wedding band fit me!  I wore it last in 2002!  8 years!

Thank you. Those wow moments are quite something aren't they ?  And congrats to you too !! You are almost there...I have about 100 more to go... but we will get there !!  :)
