then we should be getting some MIGHTY FINE WEATHER this week!

So share - how are YOU going to get out and enjoy it?  What will you do or try that you wouldn't have prior to WLS?

Or, if you haven't had WLS yet, what are you looking forward to doing in the springtime when you've shed a bunch of weight???

Me - More biking, take the pooch out for a walk, or maybe even hit one of the dog parks?   Perhaps even go fly a kite with my son!

I know I was sooo excited to see the nice weather that is heading our way for this week (70's!!).  I plan to get outside & enjoy it as much as possible!  I hate the humidity of the mid-summer here in MN, so I try to get outside as much as I can before those sticky dewpoint****  I'm going to enjoy not being as sweaty as I was last year (which is a HUGE accomplishment cuz' I would sweat doing the littlest of things before my surgery).  I plan to go for walks & bike rides with my family all week, and even though I may have done those before my surgery I find I enjoy them much more post surgery & look forward to them much more (vs. pre-surgery is was more of a chore to get out & be active).  When I go for a walk with my family I'm even going to try to throw in a little jogging to see how that goes too, and I want to add in some push-ups & sit-ups this week to mix things up since my weight loss has really slowed (so I figure I'll try some new things & see if that helps get things rolling again).

Get out & enjoy the beautiful weather everyone!!  I up for meeting for some outdoor activity if anyone needs a exercise partner this week, just let me know!

MIchael and I took Jack (our dog) for a walk tonight!  Hoping to go a bit further each day.  We are starting slow.

We'll take him to the dog park, soon, too!  Love this weather!

Hey GORGEOUS,  we are playing outside........ we went for a long walk yesterday, and plan to be outside most of the week.............. This weather is just what I need...................

Hi Darla....I plan on getting out and walking everyday...I miss my long walks. This kind of weather just makes you want to be outside soaking up the sun!!

Wish I had a bike.....maybe I need to look into getting one.....soon.
