I am thankful for my Sat morn support group

  I have been attending the Burnsville, Eagan group on Saturday mornings, and consider my self to be a pretty lucky guy. This is such a wonderful mix of positive thinking and supportive people.
  I was thinking about our new move in the national health care scene and equate my WLS journey to be the same    " This is a big Deal."    It is easy to to slip or get discouraged with some of our choices or some of the complications that happen in our life. However, I have found that it is much easier to re-focus when you have such a group as I that give ideas and examples that lead to success.
  I look forward to each Saturday and meeting up with this group!!

I love seeing your smiling face every week & whether you know it or not you provide me with a lot of support as well.  I love having you there each week offering me & many others support, and I'm glad in turn we can offer you support when you need it too!

 I agree!  I wish I could make it every Sat. but with little ones and the distance I can't.  But I love the Saturdays I spend with you all!    Paul, you are doing well and I'm glad you are so happy with the outcome!

We do have a great group, don't we?  I look forward to every Saturday whether I want to share my good news, or get support for the not so good news.  This group has been a blessing, and I am thankful that I can call these great supportive people friends.

By the way Paul, the new avatar is great.  You are looking so good!  Congrats and keep up the great work!

I agree, Paul.  It's great talking with everyone and exchanging info and new ideas to stay on track.  I am trying to drag myself out of bed to attend more groups...it's a great bunch of people!

WOW!! Maybe I need to start coming to these meetings.  I am stil in the begining stages and have considered coming ot them but I keep thinking I am a ways away.  (SSSHHHHH!!!  I do like to sleep in a little on  the weekends too) haha
But I think it might be a good idea to try to get up for it, everyone on the board is so helpful It would be nice to meet everyone
