Join us for the motivating story of one man’s journey before and after bariatric surgery. Be inspired as you learn of his struggles, discrimination, physical and emotional pain, perseverance and triumph as an obesity advocate.
His story and inspirational messages will help motivate you or the ones you love to find success, be personally accountable and have a renewed sense of living. What we learn from challenges can give us all great triumph. We hope to see you at this exciting presentation.
Learn more about Park Nicollet Bariatric Surgery Center.
He had Gastric bypass then lost the weight. He turned his early experiences into becoming a legal advocate for people trying to overcome the challenges of being overweight. He ended up helping so many and got excitedly involved in the process and ended up not taking care of himeself.
He like others had regained much of the weight he had lost after the procedure. He went on to refocus and take care of himself. He actually had a lapband added to his RNY.
He ended up encouraging us to stay focused on our goals and to remember that we need to take care of ourselves, stay involved in support and other things that will keep us successful long term.
I am only five weeks out and am alreading facing struggles with myself over these issues so
for me it was worth the trip.
