the dreaded stall...
Wow you are doing great! I know, I know, it's more exciting to see the weight drop off.
I've been eating dang saltines and pretzels. Key word here...SALT. THAT is stalling my efforts, but I am comforted to know that I am premenstral and it will be over soon. Are you eating new foods, staying with the old standbys, adding walnuts? Have you had enough protein? Can you add more?
Or...
This is just the calm before the whirlwind of more weight loss. Your body is catching it's breath. You are doing just awesome.
Take this time to breathe yourself. Add a new thing...a different exercise, buy fresh raspberries, go a different route when you walk. Journal. Take in the view. This is a journey and one must rest to gain strength to carry on. What will you do for the next 50-60 lbs? Take inventory and enjoy the rest. :)

Nothing wrong with a few stalls every now and then. We get pretty jazzed about seeing that scale moving down consistently, but pay attention to your clothes, too.
When you're not losing pounds, you're losing inches. Your body is snugging up and trying to figure out what it's supposed to do since you've been dropping so much fat off your frame! You might even start to notice a few unusual aches and pains, too - because your center of gravity is shifting, your posture is changing, you're probably MOVING a lot more than you used to, it's a lot for a body to take in!
just keep doing what you're supposed to do, make a few small changes just to trip up any routine you may be in, and it'll keep going when it's darn good & ready!

Imperfect does not = unsuccessful
I agree with the others. . .stalls are just your body's way of catching it's breath. I skipped two pants sizes in a stall, and have gone from a 12 to an 8 in the last two months while only losing 2 pounds! It's freaky, but that's how it works. Most of my loss has been 3 weeks stall, one week of losing 3-4 pounds, then three more weeks of stall.
You'll get there, and have a fabulous loss already!
