OT What a beautiful day

  Just wanted to say HI......Hope you all will get a chance to go outside today, the sun is shinning and it's beautiful out.......

1 more errand today and then I plan to go on a bike ride.......

Hey you............. What an AWESOME day.  The last couple days were hell but today is better...... The kiddo's and i went out side yesterday but it was a *****illy.....today we were out for a little over an hour and did side walk chalk........Now it's lunch, then napsthen back out side...........  I wanna open my windows but I think I should wait a bit yet................. I put on a pair of my capri's from last year and they were snug..............UGGGGGG  I am so disgusted so It got me motivated today................. By golly I will get it one of these days.....................

It was an awesome day.  I did my 30 minute workout (dancercize) and then I took my doggie for a walk (20 min or more).  The sun warmed the base of my back where my black SHORTS, yep I wore shorts, were exposed.
