Thinking about going to urgent care tomorrow...
I have a rash that started on both of my sides and comes around part way through my midsection. I called the doc and was told to get some benadryl... I've been taking it, but I decided if it isn't better I'm going to urgent care tomorrow just to get something topical as well. I think it's from my tummy binder and/or vicodin.
Would you trust urgent care with something like this or do I now always need to feel like my health care has to be specialized or someone with lapband?

I decided I am going to go have it looked at. Idid call the doc and they told me to take benadryl, which I have. I want to get something topical though to take away the itch and I also need to know if this is caused by the vicodin.
I don't feel like a phone call is going to do it for me today.
On another note, feeling less sore and pretty good all around other than this darn rash!

Well, ixnay on urgent care. I did decide to call in and talk to dr. benn's on call and they gave me further advice on how to deal with it, assured me it wasn't from the pain medicine, and said they didn't think urgent care was a good idea as the docs aren't always as well versed on the protocols with recent surgery patients.
