So how'd you eat today THURSDAY
I had.......................
3 cups coffee total
1/2 cup of quaker bites with milk ( never again) I think I was on the verge of dumping got really hot and sweaty, shakes, UGGGGG
Breakfast shake
3 apple slices and peanut butter
Small scoop mashed potatoes
Homemade salsa and 12 tortilla chips
1 scoop peas
4 club crackers
Small spoon of homemade hamburger potato hotdish
3 apple slices and peanut butter
and of course my water....................

Well, with logging what I eat I sure see my problem......I eat way too much and the wrong stuff......I'm struggling, it's like I never had surgery.....uhhh....

Turtle Mocha from Caribou before lunch
snack- SF choc. pudding
D- 5 crackers & cheese
snack- Banana bread muffin
32oz. water Oops....Still drinking.....
This is embarrassing.....But I need to post an be accountable....I need HELP....For the longest time I've been working on personal stuff, and let myself go......The personal stuff is way better, but I'm a mess....uhhh...

Well, yesterday I did much better with getting more protien in, but I'm still not sure if I'm eating enough food. I woke up this morning hungry which is odd to me since I rarely feel hunger since my surgery.
B-1 pc string cheese, 15 almonds 6 slices of mandarin oranges
sn-handfull of almonds
lunch-1/4 cup beef chili
sn-sm package of baby cut carrots (which actually gave me a stomach ache)
dinner-10 shrimp and some spinach
desert- 1 sm scoop of sf Edy's slow churned ice cream with choco protien powder
