Yay! Hit the 180s!

 I finally found where to buy a scale... yay! It's not digital... because I didn't feel like spending the $$$ but it'll do. 

Today I weighed in at about 85kg (that's 187lbs)!!!!! I am back in the 180s! I saw the 180s briefly before but have been stuck between 191-197 for about 4-5 months. The last time I weighed this much was when I was in junior high school! Yikes!  

All the walking and small meals really helps!!! 

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

    You are in a good place for a healthy year. I found this information in an article on a Forbes website of the "World's Heathiest Diets in Pictures."  Korea:

Obesity rate: 10%

Life expectancy: 79 years

Way to go!!
Spring is around the corner and summer to follow. We will all be able to get out and move more and that is what the bodies need. I bet your spring will be eventful for losing more weight and inches!

 Yep! The food is good. I try to stay away from spicy (since I can't handle it) and from rice.
