Feel like I'm missing something
Surgery scheduled for Monday morning.
I saw my doc, did ekg and chest xray.
I owe someone some bloodwork but I cannot remember if southdale needed it or not.
I have to register for the hospital tomorrow ****ep forgetting) and I have the class thing tomorrow morning, too.
I feel like I've forgotten something important.

Maybe you could call Fairview & go over with them what you've done already to make sure you haven't forgotten anything? From what you say I'd say you haven't forgotten anything, but even I could be forgetting something now that I'm 3 months out. LoL! I also had RNY, so not sure if my requirements were any different, but pre-op I had to:
-get bloodwork done (I believe I had this done by my PCP & he faxed that over to Fairview for me)
- the EKG & chest x-ray (done by my PCP)
- went to the pre-surgery class at Fairview
- registererd with the hospital (still bring your insurance card & information with you to the hospital since they still seem to ask for it even though you register early over the phone)
And then I think when you go to your pre-surgery class you can go over everything with them what else you may need to do prior to your surgery. That class will cover everyything.

I was a little weepy all day today! What is that about?? I just want to cuddle and hang out with my daughter and I have a ton of work to do, plus I have to clean my house. What if something happens to me?? I must have a clean house for the visitors to see my family. (I'm being somewhat facetious, but these are things I think about!)
