How'd you eat today
4 cups coffee
2 chicken nuggets
1 cheddar bratt
2 slices deli turkey
1/2 of a ham egg and cheese english muffin
6 tots
water of course
Ya not a good day for me...... But I did get a bug up my butt and shampoo'd my carpets today..................A little bit of spring cleaning I guess...... I hope you all did better than I did and tomarrow is a NEW day......
Here's what I ate for today:
For breakfast-
-beef jerky stick (the low cal/high protein ones from Lifetime)
-a tiny Luna bar
(eating on the go since I had to take myself & my daughter to the doctor this morning)
For lunch-
-pot roast Smart Ones meal (just ate the meat & a couple veggies)
-SF pudding
For dinner-
-tuna mixed with 98% FF cream of mushroom soup & frozen veggies
-prunes (trying to make myself regular, so I've been told to add in 4 prunes to my diet each day)
I drank 1x 32 oz. water bottle mixed with 1 scoop of unflavored whey isolate protein powder & crystal lite. And 1x 20 oz. plain water bottle. I'm about to mix up my 2nd 32 oz. water bottle mixed with the unflavored protein powder & crystal lite and then I'll be good on my protein & water for the day.
My oldest daughter has strep & I still have a sinus infection that won't quit so I didn't make it into the gym today to workout. Grrrr! So mad at myself for not getting my butt moving!!! I have a job interview in the morning & then I'm hoping to be feeling better after 24 hours of meds so I can make into the gym after my interview to workout for a bit.

Snack- 1 bag fruit snack
D- Strawberry protein shake
48 oz. water
Hubby was EVIL and brought home Girl Scout cookies....I ate 1 package of the Mint cookies throughout the evening....uhhhh....
yeah, yesterday was not so good here either. It was definitely a busy day, but still no excuse as to why I didn't get my food/water intake in so...that being said:
B-1 scrambled egg
2 pc. bacon
lunch-1 light yoplait yogurt
1 pc string cheese
1 serving of corn nuts (I have been craving salt/crunchy lately and these fit the bill nicely!)
dinner-1 pc string cheese (this has become my go to for quick protein)
2 Tblsp spag sauce
1 stick Jack Links Teryaki Beef Jerky (eaten while driving from St. Paul to Wyoming and back at 9 last night)
1/2 sm can sf redbull (so I wouldn't fall asleep on the way back)
Water intake was maybe 32oz so REALLY not good on the water intake and boy could I tell this morning when I woke with a headache and was bloated from all the salt...ugh.
Yesterday not so great for me either...
Breakfast with a client: 1/2 of an English Muffin- it came buttered and I used Peanut butter
8 Oz Skim Milk
Lunch- IsoPure Protein shake in a glass of Skim Milk
Dinner- 1 cup of Trader Joe's Shepherd Pie (threw up part of it)
1 oz almonds
1 finger-ful of Peanut Butter
Lots and Lots of water... over 80 oz
