So much can change in only 3 months!!

I just wanted to share some comparison pics of myself with everyone, of me pre-op, at 6 wks. post-op, & then at 3 months post-op. 

It sometimes tough when you're "living in the moment" to really see a difference in yourself & tell that you've lost weight.  I see the number on the scale & I know my clothes sizes have changed, but seeing pictures can really put it into perspective, kinda showing you where some of the weight has come off of.

Some fun WOW moments I've had in the past 3 months:
- I'm down almost 74 lbs. (53 lbs. since surgery)
- Able to fit into booths much more comfortably
- Going from a size 28 jeans to a size 20
- Going from a size 5x shirt to a size 2x
- Having so much more energy to be much more active with my family & friends
- Having my BMI drop from 50.3 to 38.7 (over 11 points)
- No longer on high blood pressure meds & my low back pain has decreased immensely
- And over 25 inches lost all over my body!!

I've been loving the journey so far, embracing my new way of eating & living, and I've loved all the new people that I have met on the boards & at Saturday morning coffee meetups.  Having support is crucial in this journey & I'm glad I've found it in all of you!!  Thank you so much for supporting me for the past few months & hopefully for many more months & years to come!

Yeah, it's like somedays you think nothing is changing but then when you look back at where you started out at you're quickly reminded of how far you've come.

WOW, WOW WOW!!!  You look great...keep up the good work.  I still have not done mine but I await soooo anxiously, and I wish the day would come FAST.. no date yet even.  Just hoping.
