Just had to share I had a good day with my eating habits. 

I had 2 cups coffee

Carnation breakfast

8 saltines

1/2 cup ham spread

water

I cheddar bratt with bun (dug out the dough part)  I know naughty me......

Starbucks Frappuccino ( lite found at walmart, and cashwise)

1 fiber bar


and that's it......... That is so good for me I cut out all the snacking and really watched what I ate.  I feel so good about myself..............  YAY ME!!!!!!!!!!!

Good for you!   I got thru the day just fine but am now sitting at the computer with a handful of peanut M&Ms.   Evidently they are the sweet thing I should have never tried!

It's great to see your enthusiasm about getting back on the right track.   You will do it!

Way to go!  I think posting what you eat everyday is a great way to keep in check and make sure you are doing what needs to be done!
