Saturday, How are you moving/eating?

At 7:45am. this morning I did my home gym and treadmill.....
For breakfast I'm making a protein shake, not sure for lunch, and dinner will be Parmesan fish.
This week I added sit ups, after I do the home gym.....WOW, It's been awhile since I did them.....At the beginning of the week I did 10, today was 20.......YAY...
If you haven't done sit up's, try to do a few today, K?

Way to go, Kelly! I have to hop on the treadmill soon. Babysitting since 7:30 this morning and finally got into the shower! I need (and I really mean NEED!) to do some situps, but have hated them since junior high. Because you asked so nice, I'll try to do a few today.
I had protein shake for bfast, slice of toast w/ peanut butter and banana for lunch, chicken and veggie salad for dinner. It was my first slice of bread since June and I was hesitant, but no problems.

I hated sit up's too....But now I can actually do them....And it's awesome that I can do more and more....

I'm getting on the exercycle.
I'm eating oddly lately, with Michael on the liquids.
I had cottage cheese for breakfast, a special-K protein drink, crackers and cheese and some popcorn. I'm drinking my waters. Not sure what's for dinner.
